THE PROJECT

Located 900 meters above sea level in the small Vorarlberg village of Bürserberg, Valbona consists of two connected residential buildings with 12 holiday apartments, all south-facing and each with a stunning view of the valleys and mountains.
The Valbona Project has obtained the seldom issued permit from the state of Vorarlberg to use these apartments as holiday homes. They can therefore be used by all EU residents as a main or secondary residence.
A TRUE RARITY
Years of planning by the initiator and client, Mr. Wolfgang Dreier, preceded the short construction period. It was he who brought this project to life, supervised it in the conception phase, pushed it through to completion during the construction period and, last but not least, personally took over the sale of the property.
